Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
